Overview
- What is a record?In your CSV file, one data record corresponds to one row. Each record can be made up of several data fields and their values. It is important to note that it makes no difference how many columns of data are in one row.
If you import a note and link it to a contact, a deal, and a meeting at the same time, it will be counted as one record. - What is a monthly records limit?The monthly limit is the maximum number of records you can import and update during your subscription period. When you use Loader, it is reduced by the number of records successfully imported into your app (we do not account for records with errors).
If your monthly limit hits zero, you can either wait for the counter to reset, which happens on the day of your subscription renewal, or upgrade your plan to increase your limit immediately. - What are supported apps?Supported apps are web services or applications, such as Google Contacts, Zendesk, or Salesforce, that you can connect to Loader, letting you easily import and update data saved in CSV files to your live accounts without coding, webhooks, or manual efforts.

Plans and Payments
- Is a credit card required for a Free Plan?No, you do not need to enter a credit card. Your free monthly limit will be automatically renewed after 30 days.
- Can I change my plan later?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any moment. If you choose to upgrade, your limit will be increased immediately. If you want to downgrade, your new plan will take effect on the next subscription date.
- What if I decide to cancel?If you no longer need a paid subscription plan, you can cancel at any time and continue to use Loader until your subscription expires at the end of the current period. After that, your account switches to Free Plan.
- What if I've reached my monthly limit, but need to import more records?If you have reached your monthly limit, you can upgrade to a plan with a larger record limit. The upgrade will be done at a pro-rated cost and will take effect instantly once your payment has been successfully processed.
- Is your payment system secure? Who handles your payments?All payments made are handled by Stripe, one of the largest worldwide online payment processors. Your payment card data is never sent to our servers.
